How do I find upcoming Events & Festivals?
Our biggest, most popular events will be featured on our Events page, and also on our homepage, alongside our Partners. Smaller Events and festivals will also be listed on our Events page, however may be a little more difficult to find. Keep an eye on our Social Media pages for regular updates. We also intend on integrating an Events calendar in the future.
Do all Travel Packages include Ticket entry?
I'd like to make an amendment, or cancel my booking
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but rest assured, we’re here to support you every step of the way. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, simply reach out to us with your full name and booking number, and we’ll respond promptly to assist you.

Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. Clients will be informed of specific cancellation policies at the time of purchase.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions.
Can I sell my Travel Package to someone else?
The DCA-Travel community connects customers who may be heading to the same festival, creating a shared experience. One of the benefits of booking with us is that if you need to cancel, we’ll help you safely resell your ticket to other like-minded members of our community. We strictly oppose scalping and price gouging, ensuring that resale prices remain equal to the original cost.

If you’d like our assistance transferring your Travel Package to somebody else, please contact us.

Please note that not all Travel Packages can be transferred to another person. Some events and festivals can be strict with Ticket ownership/event access. In some cases, it may not be possible to sell, or transfer your Travel Package/Tickets.
Can I arrange some of the Transport myself?
I've misplaced my belonging(s) during transport
We kindly remind all passengers to ensure they take all personal belongings with them before disembarking any transport. In the event that an item is left behind, you will need to contact the transport company directly and arrange to collect your lost property from them.

Please also inform us once you have done so, in the event that the transport company may contact us. We will also put out a notice in any of our lost property groups, in case another member has accidentally picked up, or located your belonging(s).
Am I required to bring my ID?
Please ensure you bring a valid ID with you, as it may be required for boarding during travel and will be required for gaining entry to the event, or proving your identity in the event of a lost/stolen wristband or ticket.

Kindly note that the name on your booking must match the name on your ID. Failure to comply may result in being denied entry or incurring an administration fee for a name change, which may vary depending on the event.
